The staff in the Assembly Workshop maintain a range of available processes, capabilities and expertise on-site, offering a highly flexible service for production of prototypes, failure analysis and rework.
- Assembly and modification of PCBAs
- Prototypes and pre-series (rule of thumb: quantity <10 PCBs or panels)
- Impossible to subcontract assemblies (beware of long lead times due to limited resources)
- Repair and rework of almost any type of component
- On-demand PCBA cleaning (with machine, you might have to provide your own labour depending on quantity)
*All of the same rules apply as for outsourced jobs* in regards to industrial packaging, quantities for machine waste, etc!
