Irradiated Electronics Workshop

EPR maintains a separate, dedicated workshop for the repair and rework of irradiated electronics in a specially controlled area in building 867. Tooling is available for a variety of rework and repair operations, including a fully equipped BGA rework station. Additionally, the workshop can offer dedicated, safely controlled workplaces to other groups at CERN as needed.
